Orders & Returns

Refunds will be processed under the following circumstances: Order cancellation, unavailability of product, or receipt of damaged/defective products.

For damaged and/or defective products, notification accompanied by proof must be provided within six (6) hours of delivery. Upon investigation, eligibility for a refund will be determined, and you will be duly informed.

For dissatisfaction with the product due to allergies or general dislike, notification accompanied by proof must be provided within twelve (12) to twenty-four (24) hours of initial delivery, including a photograph of the product and the original invoice. Upon verification, eligibility for a refund will be determined, and you will be duly informed.

Dairy Products and Fresh Produce Return & Refund Policy:

We understand the importance of freshness and quality when it comes to dairy products and fresh produce. Therefore, we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds concerning these items:

  • No Return Policy: Due to the perishable nature of dairy products and fresh produce, we do not accept returns on these items.

  • Refund Eligibility: Refunds for dairy products and fresh produce will only be considered under the following circumstances:

    • For dairy products: If the product’s expiry date falls within 24 to 36 hours of the delivery time.

    • For fresh produce: If the item is wilted, damaged, or appears stale upon delivery.

  • Notification: To request a refund for eligible dairy products or fresh produce, you must notify us within six (6) hours of delivery. Please provide photographic evidence of the product’s condition along with your refund request.

  • Refund Processing: Upon verification of the refund request and eligibility criteria, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Please note that these policies are in place to ensure the freshness and quality of our dairy products and fresh produce, as well as to comply with health and safety standards.

In adherence to Ontario Health and Safety guidelines , NO RETURNS will be accepted for any food, health, or beauty products.
